Two nights at Adriana is the right call, Nithin. Here's why:
**Hvar's highlights are compact** — you'll hit lavender villages, Pakleni Islands, and the harbor scene in those two days without feeling rushed. A third night would be filler unless you added a major side-trip like **Korčula or the Blue Cave** (both feasible on Day 9, already in your alternatives). But Korčula is 90 minutes each way by boat, and the Blue Cave requires a 7 AM departure from Hvar — both eat a morning, so you'd trade relaxation for logistics.
**Your itinerary momentum matters more.** You're moving Split → Hvar → Dubrovnik in four nights. Three nights in Hvar means either cutting Split (you'd lose Krka) or Dubrovnik (walls walk gets squeezed). Both are worse outcomes. The rhythm you have now — two nights island, two nights coast — keeps energy high without the "we're packing again?" fatigue.
**Adriana's rooftop and Pakleni access are quality over quantity.** You'll get sunset drinks both nights, and the second afternoon gives you spa-or-explore flex. If you're worried about missing something, the Day 9 fork (Blue Cave vs. spa vs. Korčula) already gives you that choice.
Stick with two. If you stretched to three, you'd be inventing reasons to stay rather than enjoying what's already locked.
